Your role Matters
As a Sales and Business Development Executive for the business consulting in the Financial Industry Sector, you are responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities for the company, relying on existing business relationships and opening new ones while launching the extended range of services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new clients in the business consulting sector through networking, cold calling, attending industry events and conference, and other lead generation methods
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients with support of our consultants and subject matter experts
- Process incoming RFPs or expressed customer needs by elaborating adequate proposals, either on a Time & Material or Fixed Price basis, including identifying with the Consulting Team and / or Talent Acquisition Department the proper staffing, with the required hard and soft skills for the mission.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to meet revenue targets
- Work closely with the consulting team to ensure client satisfaction and success
- Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to inform sales strategies
You Matter!
- Highly motivated and dynamic individual
- Self-organized and self-driven to meet commercial targets
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
- Bachelor or Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the business consulting or in the professional services industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of business consulting services and industry trends
- Proficiency in CRM software (Odoo) and Microsoft Office suite
