Your Role Matters

As the demand for resolving master data issues from our customers increases, we are seeking junior consultants to join our Master Data Management (MDM) team. If you have a basic understanding of master data, its significance to a company, and some hands-on experience in managing data or related solutions, we would like to hear from you. We provide the training and support to help you become a Master Data Management expert.

Your Responsibilities Matter

As a Junior MDM Consultant, you will engage with business users such as data owners and stewards to understand their needs and challenges. You'll learn to design solutions that add value to the company. This role requires a balance of business acumen and data skills.

Key tasks include:

• Contributing in configuring the MDM hub with chosen MDM software tools
• Data modeling based on customer needs
• Conducting data analysis to identify existing data gaps
• Applying data quality rules to enhance master data
• Being part of the design user interfaces and data workflows
• Developing data flows to manage data within the MDM hub

In addition to consulting work, you'll contribute to the development of our MDM practice at Keyrus.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for information and a keen interest in resolving data challenges. The ideal candidate will have good analytical skills and be able to communicate effectively in both technical and business contexts.

• Strong interest in data management
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• Enthusiastic about learning and problem solver
• Willingness to gain experience or certification in MDM software tools like Informatica MDM, IBM Infosphere MDM, Semarchy, or others
• Ability to communicate with non-technical business users
• General IT knowledge to assist in identifying technical issues
• Team player with the ability to work independently
• Enjoys a collaborative and fun work environment
• Proficiency in English and Dutch/French
