The Digital Customer Solutions team Matters

Your role Matters

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on some of the following tasks, although it would be a huge advantage if you have worked in all of these areas.

• Plan, assign and Follow Up Personalized Campaign Requests in Marketing
• Translate campaign needs into targeting selection rules and customer journey
• Define and execute segmentation and analysis : ad hoc analysis and through automated reporting
• Define KPI’s to analyse campaign impact and formulate recommendations to increase the efficiency of the implemented campaigns;
• Ready to come back to business with proposals to optimize campaign conversion rates
• Design new or enhance existing processes to support new marketing strategies
• Work with marketing technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes for clients
• Supervise and Coach Junior Team members
• Quality gatekeeper deliverables
• Single point of contact for marketing managers

You Matter!

• Bachelor or Master Degree in a discipline related to Marketing
• 3 years+ of professional experience in Digital Marketing, Business Intelligence or Data Analysis in a Marketing context
• 1 year+ of experience gathering and documenting requirements (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Oracle Marketing Cloud/Eloqua, IBM Experience One (Unica), Teradata Applications (Aprimo), and/or Adobe Experience Cloud)
• A first experience in Content Management Systems
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with demonstrated success in creating real impact within a networked, cross organizational environment
• Problem solving skills and result oriented mind-set
• Excellent analytical skills and reporting skills
• Stress resistant with ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under time pressure
• Any experience in SQL is a plus
• An ability to understand and learn basic scripting in Python or any other relevant language
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Languages : French or Dutch & English
