Keyrus is currently looking for a Senior Manager to join its expanding business in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) helping with the many challenges faced by our clients in improving their performance through process and technology change and explore best fit options to provide pragmatic solutions in the following areas;

• Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting (PB&F)
• Profitability & Cost management (P&CM)
• Self Service Management Reporting and Variance Analysis
• Strategy Execution (Stratex)
• Financial Consolidation & Disclosure Management

The Enterprise Performance team Matters

With the aid and guidance of the Director for EPM, you will ensure the successful growth, delivery & profitability of complex projects in EPM.

You will be driving the practice from both a business development and delivery perspective as well as taking the lead in answering RFPs, proposing solutions to the client, project planning, resource management and in some cases, kicking off the project.

In terms of business development you will help in the;

• Development of Services & Solutions offerings and go-to-market strategy
• Pre-sales activities and proposal writing
• Execution of advisory missions and Scoping studies to provide valuable solutions
• Requirements gathering, definition and challenging of projects
• Design of qualitative solutions
• Recruitment of required competences

With an experienced team, you will also be involved in the P&L, hiring, strategy and the creation of partnerships to continue the growth of the practice in Belgium and also help to develop EPM across the group when needed.

You Matter!

• Experience of Delivery and senior Project Management in EPM
• Ideally experience as a Senior or Practice manager for a consultancy company or a wealth of experience in leading internal teams in the EPM/finance world.
• An implementation of an EPM solution is considered an asset
• You have a technical knowledge of at least one of the EPM tools, meaning either IBM TM1 or Planning and Analytics, Tagetik, Anaplan, Board, SAS FM or Oracle Planning
• Experience of managing budgets
• Experience of managing people
• Strong in pre-sales or business development and being able to create Value Propositions
• You have good presentation and interpersonal skills and you are an excellent communicator. You also have an excellent understanding of an organization’s objectives as well as strong analytical competencies and creative problem-solving skills.
• Stress-resistance and enthusiasm in the face of challenges and deadlines is crucial
• You feel as comfortable with a technical audience as you do with a business audience
• You are able to coach, inspire and lead a team of professional EPM consultants
• Fluency in Dutch, French and English is an asset
