Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for working on some of the following tasks, although it would be a huge advantage if you have worked in all these areas.
As a Customer Solution Analyst, you will be analyzing the needs and gaps within the domain of Customer Service and/or Marketing for Keyrus' clients to improve and facilitate the automation and implementation of software and methodologies.
Depending on the mission, you will have the opportunity to combine several roles to ensure smooth implementations. This could be as a process designer, system & functional requirements analyst, test specialist or stakeholder manager. Or all these roles at the same time!
Talking to the business and having affinity with technology & software is essential and therefore some notions of or experience with programing is hugely beneficial. Experience as a citizen developer or Business Practitioner in marketing automation or Customer Service platforms is also a plus.
You will be helping clients in their Customer Service or Marketing, understanding the business processes, and having the ambition to explore the supporting technologies and business applications.
Listening to customer requirements, reviewing existing and future processes, and then translating all this input after full understanding in a realistic and actionable solution that you can configure and implement is really the crux of this opportunity!
So, what will you be doing on a daily basis?
Your main day-to-day role will involve the following activities but of course will not only be limited to these. There will be plenty of other, exciting tasks that will be involved!
- Translate business needs into concrete solutions
- Gather, analyze and update functional business requirements
- Description of functional specifications and integrations
- Stakeholder management
- Build & update use cases and processes
- Support key users with functional questions about the used solutions
- Design test plans
- Configure and adapt processes in marketing automation and/or (Customer) Service management platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in a discipline related to marketing.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital, customer service and data-driven marketing
- Experience with Marketing Automation and/or Customer Service Management and/or Voice of Customer (surveying) solutions
- Experience in Data Management Platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager, Bluekai, Krux, DSP, ESP is a plus.
- Experience in solutions such as Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Zendesk, Service Now, Alida, Medalia, Qualtrics are a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with demonstrated success in creating real impact within a networked, cross organizational environment
- Problem solving skills and result oriented mind-set
- Excellent analytical skills and reporting skills
- An ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under time pressure
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch or French & English
