We are looking for curious and motivated consultants to join our Keyrus Delivery Center (KDC) a unique program designed to fast-track your development into a Data & Analytics expert.

The KDC is your launchpad into Data consulting, combining:

• A clear path toward Data Engineering, BI, or Solution Architecture roles

As a Data and Analytics Consultant you will work on real-world data platforms while building the foundations of a long-term career in a consulting environment that truly lives its values.

Your Impact Matters

As a Technical Consultant, you will work on real client environments, supporting and improving enterprise Data & Analytics platforms by investigating and resolving data, reporting, and performance issues. This will help ensure business continuity for critical applications.

On top of this, you will also learn and apply modern data technologies by contributing to solutions using tools such as:

o Microsoft Fabric

o Databricks

o Snowflake

o Microsoft Power BI

You will also grow beyond support by:

• Contributing to improvements, automation, and small enhancements

• Participating in knowledge sharing and best practices

• Gradually getting involved in project (BUILD) activities

All your work will involve collaborating with experts including experienced consultants, architects, and clients which will enable you to develop both technical and communication skills

Your career path

Year 1

• Build strong foundations in Data technologies

• Gain hands-on experience on real client systems

• Obtain certifications

Year 2

• Contribute to implementation and improvement initiatives

• Start specializing (Data Engineering, BI, or Cloud)

Year 3+

• Move into a role such as:

o Data Engineer

o BI Consultant

o Solution Consultant

The Keyrus Delivery Centre (KDC) is initlally a support role designed as a stepping stone to high-impact consulting roles.

You Matter

Bachelor or Master’s degree in IT, Data, Computer Science, Economics, or similar

• Strong interest in Data & modern technologies

• Initial knowledge (or strong motivation to learn):

o SQL, Data platforms, or BI tools

• Excellent communication skills

• Team player with a proactive mindset

• You are a strong communicator who can engage credibly with both business stakeholders and technical teams

• You are fluent in Dutch or French and English
