1. The referral fee will be paid or cash or through the KeyFlex plan
2. Only candidates who have not been contacted by the talent acquisition team in the last 12 months will be considered as a referral (please check with TA team if unsure)
3.  You can cash your bonus with the first payroll after the start date of your referral
4. You must be an employee of Keyrus at the time of payment or when the KeyFlex plan period is launched
5. Sales, HR and Directors are excluded from the referral programme
