Why I Joined Keyrus

When I worked at Bluecrux on Anaplan projects, I got the chance to collaborate with a consultant from Sonum International, a company later bought by Keyrus. I was impressed by how Keyrus worked. They sent people to new countries and gave them the freedom to grow their own offices. That trust and support showed me that Keyrus believed in its people. It was a smart and bold approach, and I wanted to be part of a company like that.

What I Do at Keyrus

At Keyrus, I work as a business developer with Odoo, an ERP system that covers many areas like supply chain, finance, and HR. My background in supply chain really helped me here. One of the most exciting projects I’ve worked on is the Demand Planning App. This app fills a big gap in Odoo—it helps companies plan for the long term instead of just managing daily tasks. Seeing how this tool helps businesses improve their operations has been one of my proudest moments.

What I love about Keyrus is the mix of people. In my team, we have experienced professionals who have worked for decades and fresh graduates with new ideas. It’s a great balance because you can learn a lot from both. The company is also very flexible. If you want to work on a new project or try something different, they listen to you. Keyrus trusts its people to take the lead and create real impact, which is one of the things I like most about working here.

Teamwork and Collaboration

One of the best projects I’ve worked on was with the Power BI team. Together, we built an ESG dashboard that takes data from Odoo and turns it into insights companies can use. It was great to see how different teams could combine their skills to build something meaningful. This is the kind of teamwork you can expect at Keyrus—it’s not just about doing your part but working together to create something bigger.

Life Outside Work

Keyrus understands the importance of having fun. The Christmas parties are always great, but I’ve also enjoyed being part of the Fun Team. We organize after-work drinks and events, and it’s a lot of fun to plan these moments for the team. These social activities make you feel part of a community, not just a workplace.
